Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable, we have the following policy in place:

1. Returns Required for Refunds or Credits

   • No refund will be given if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

   • To be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement, the majority of the product must be returned to us within 48 business hours of purchase.

   • If only a small portion of the product is returned after most of it has been consumed or disgarded, we cannot honor a refund or replacement. If a product truly does not meet expectations, it should be returned largely intact.

   • This allows us to evaluate the product and understand what went wrong so we can improve.

2. Items Not Eligible for Refund

   • Products that are not returned cannot be refunded or credited.

   • Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions, as past misuse of our policy has made this requirement necessary.

3. Gift Cards

   • Electronic or physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Custom & Specialty Orders

   • Because of the time and materials required, custom cakes or large specialty orders may only be refunded if returned within the guidelines above.

5. If you forgot to pick up your order please call us that same day if possible.  We will keep all orders for one day.  After which the product will be donated to a local charity.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

• Please return the product along with your receipt to the bakery within 48 business hours.

• If you believe you did not receive an electronic gift card that was sent, please contact us directly so we can look into the matter.
